Stories From Black Dog Ranch - Mia and the Gang

Hi everyone. It's me Mia.

Boy it sure has been hectic around here lately.  Ms. Charlene started her new job and for the past two weeks she has been driving up to the big city for training.  She says she barely has time to do anything else, but feed us and make sure we are all doing OK.  Ms. Charlene says she feels bad about not having a lot of time to spend with us, but it will all be over soon and things will get back to a normal routine before long.  She is looking forward to starting her new job and meeting and making some new friends.
Ms Charlene says we all need to be grateful for our friends and loved ones and never forget how lucky we are to have them! We all need someone to love us and care about us don't we? Isn't that what life is all about anyway?  My brothers and sisters and I certainly are glad we have each other and especially Ms. Charlene!

Well I guess I better go for now. Don't forget to order a copy of our book, "Stories from Black Dog Ranch" and help us help animals!

Stories From Black Dog Ranch - Mia and the Gang

Hi everyone, it's me Mia,

Wow what a beautiful week this has been! Springtime is sooooo nice here at the ranch. We have been playing, playing, playing! Rolling in fresh spring grass feels great!

Ms. Charlene has been up at the barn alot more than usual this past week because Ebby the Cat had her kittens.  Seven of them and boy has Ms. Charlene been going on about them. She said they are so cute!
Ms. Charlene said that when they get big enough she will find good homes for them too! That is after they are all spayed and neutered, including Ebby.  She says it is important to spay and neuter your pets so we don't end up with more than we can take care of properly!
The horses sure are enjoying all this new spring grass too, but Sugar took a moment here to say hi to Ms. Charlene.  Everyone on the ranch loves Ms. Charlene very much and we know how much she loves us!
Well don't forget to stop by our website and pick up a copy of our book, "Stories from Black Dog Ranch". All proceeds go to support the animals here at Black Dog Rescue Ranch!

Stories From Black Dog Ranch - Mia and the Gang

Hi everyone, it's me Mia.

Boy what a week we have seen here at Black Dog Rescue Ranch!  Ms. Charlene's sister Gena, who lives right next to us, welcomed a new Hackney Pony Filly.
They named her Willa. We thought that was pretty cool since we have a Willa living here at the ranch.
Willa says she thinks the reason Gena picked her name is because the new pony deserved a great name since she is so beautiful.
We think Willa (the dog) has let this all go to her head, but Teddie said just let her go on and think that because Ms. Charlene says we are all beautiful anyway!

Well don't forget to check out our new website; http://www.blackdogrescueranch.org/ and order one of our books, Stories from Black Dog Ranch.  Remember all proceeds help us help Animals!

Stories From Black Dog Ranch - Mia and the Gang

Hi Everyone, it's me Mia.

What a great week-end coming up. Spring is in the air and it's EASTER! A great reason for all Creation to Celebrate!

Ms. Charlene has been doing some spring cleaning. She spent a whole day this past week cleaning windows and cleaning out the gargage. She said it's because we get things kind of messy around here, and we put our paws and noses on the windows so she said it was time to clean everything.

We don't really know what all the fuss is about, us dogs like things messy, especially ourselves. All this spring rain has made a lot of mud and we like to roll in it. The horses seem to like mud too so I guess it's just an animal thing!

We have a new website that we are trying out to see if we can get more people interested in our book, "Stories From Black Dog Ranch".  We are hoping more people will find out about it and order some of our books. All proceeds from our book sales go to help support all of us here at Black Dog Rescue Ranch so don't forget to stop by and order your copy today!

Well we want to wish everyone out there a very Happy Easter and may you all be blessed beyond your wildest dreams!  Maybe this Easter will bring you a new best friend and a second chance at happiness like all of us have here at Black Dog Rescue Ranch!
