Hi everyone. It's me Mia.
Well its still snowing here at the Black Dog Ranch and we have been playing in it some, but mostly spending time sleeping in our warm and cozy houses! Ms. Charlene says she sure is ready for spring and I think the horses feel the same way!
Ms. Charlene had another book signing this past week-end, but not a lot of people showed up for it. She is hoping we will do better once the weather gets nicer and everyone feels like getting out and about again.
We certainly are grateful for Ms. Charlene loving us so much and taking good care of us even through the hard times. When Ms. Charlene is gone we can't wait for her to come home!
Well don't forget to buy one of our books, Stories From Black Dog Ranch, or make a donation!
Remember all proceeds from book sales and donations are used to support all of us here at Black Dog Rescue Ranch and to continue helping other animals find loving forever homes too! Thanks....
I better go for now. Talk more soon,

Black Dog Rescue Ranch - Mia and the Gang
Hi everyone it's me Mia,
Well we got a really big snow this past week-end and boy did we have fun playing in it!
Ms. Charlene doesn't really like the snow that much, but we certainly took advantage of running in it and the horses seem to like rolling in it too!
Well other than the snow things have been pretty slow around here. Ms. Charlene is trying to get some dates set up for book presentations and book signings, but she said it is a slow time of year. Ms. Charlene said she wishes a miracle would happen and someone famous would discover our book or the ranch and she wouldn't have anymore worries about taking care of all of us! We never know when times are hard though because Ms. Charlene manages to find a way somehow. She says you never know when that miracle can happen for us so keep praying! For now don't forget to buy a copy of our book, Stories from Black Dog Ranch.

Stories From Black Dog Ranch - Mia and the Gang
Hi everyone. It's me Mia.
Well another week has gone by here at the Black Dog Ranch and we have been busy doing ranch stuff.
Ms. Charlene got the truck stuck in the mud trying to get a big bale of hay out to the horses and she was pretty up-set about it.

She had to call her Father to come pull her out with the big farm tractor. We couldn't understand why Ms. Chalene was so upset about all that Mud I mean us dogs love Mud. We could have had a great time rolling in it if Ms. Charlene would have opened the gate, but she said no way. After they got the truck pulled out they got the hay unloaded and put in the pasture so the horses have something to eat for the next week.
Those silly horses, they sure are a lot of trouble for Ms. Charlene. Teddie said if the horses make Ms. Charlene happy then we shouldn't worry about them and I guess Teddie is right. He always knows what is best around here and I guess that's why he our leader here at the Black Dog Ranch. Funny though, he is the only one that isn't a "Black" Dog. He doesn't seem to mind that either!
Well I better go for now. Don't forget to stop by our website; http://www.blackdogrescueranch.com/ and order one of our books, "Stories from Black Dog Ranch". We would love to share our stories with you!

Black Dog Rescue Ranch - Mia and the Gang
We have been playing in the snow and eating some of it too! A little Sunshine makes it a great winter day to roll around in the snow and enjoy being a dog!!!
Ms. Charlene says we are silly, but she loves watching us having fun because she loves us soooo much.
Well we hope everyone is off to a great new year out there. It has been cold and snowy here at the ranch, but as you can see, we are making the best of the situation.
Ms. Charlene is looking forward to going on more school visits now that the holidays are behind us, so we hope there are some schools out there that want to hear about my book and all of us here at the ranch. Don't forget to order a copy of our book and check out our website; www.blackdogrescueranch.com

Black Dog Rescue Ranch - Mia and the Gang
Boy did we have a great Christmas. We got two big raw meaty bones each and they were soooo good. Santa must love us a lot! I hope everyone had a great Christmas too.
We found a little dog on Christmas evening and we want to know if there is anyone out there that would give her a good home???? she is small, looks to be around 2-3 years old and must go to someone wanting a
house dog because she is small and cannot live outside. She has been spayed and she is housebroke
. She knows how to sit and she is very well behaved. Please contact us through our website; http://www.blackdogrescueranch.com/ if you are interested. We hope someone out there is looking for that perfect little house dog and will give "Peanut" a good home! Well I guess I better go for now, I will write more later this week,
Talk soon,
Mia
